Job Overview
Fenergic inc is hiring Wood Products Assemblers to support day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations in Warwick, Québec. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in precision and quality, and can work safely in a dusty and noisy shop environment. You will assemble wood products such as doors, window sashes, pallets, boxes, ladders, and barrels, reinforce assemblies using dowelling or supports, trim and smooth surfaces, inspect finished products for quality, and pack items for shipping and distribution. Experience is an asset, but motivated candidates with strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Experience

Experience is an asset (woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, assembly line, or similar)

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels according to instructions and quality standards
Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports to ensure strength and durability
Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces to meet finishing and fit requirements
Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards and report defects or irregularities
Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring products are protected and labeled as required
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle tools and materials responsibly
Follow workplace safety procedures, including safe tool use and required PPE practices
