Responsibilities:
Physically load and unload packages from delivery vehicles, trailers, pallets, and conveyor systems.

Rotate through positions such as Loader, Unloader, Palletizer, Scan Weigh and Key (SWAK), Quality Assurance (QA), Facer, and Switcher.
Specialized roles like Package Handler Trainer and Package Handler Air involve additional training and responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
Lift, carry, push, and pull packages continuously for 3-5 hours per shift.
Operate equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and handheld scanners.
Maintain safety and efficiency standards throughout the operation.
Assist in the implementation of new procedures and techniques.
Qualifications:
Education: No specific education required.
Experience: No experience required. However, six months of FedEx package handling experience is preferred for specialized roles.
Skills:Ability to follow instructions regarding work duties and safety.
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license required for those operating switching equipment.
Bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec.
Job Conditions:
Work in hot, cold, and noisy environments.
Lift and carry between 5 and 50 pounds.
No travel required.
Pay Range: $20.50 – $22.00 per hour.
