Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children’s learning and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under 5 years old.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and the nursery team to meet each child’s needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe nursery environment.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Essential Requirements

• Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), a degree assessed by ECCTIS, or Level 3 qualifications in early childhood education.
• Proven experience working with children under the age of 5.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and a caring, patient approach to teaching.
• Commitment to children’s well-being, safety, and development.
