About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide both direct and indirect care to clients, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. You will guide and supervise caregivers, ensuring comprehensive care plans are implemented and that clients’ health needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to Physicians’ Orders and Plans of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitor client health status, progress, and outcomes, reporting changes to relevant parties.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and promote safety measures.
• Conduct nursing assessments and prepare care plans.
• Supervise and evaluate caregivers, ensuring competency and adherence to care plans.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, state regulations, and company policies.
• Provide training, support, and guidance for health and safety topics.
• Perform case management duties where required.
• Ensure safe medication practices and proper disposal as per policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted nursing registration and license in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health care experience preferred).
• CPR certification (current).
• Proficient in using computers and industry-specific documentation software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.

Skills and Knowledge Needed

• Proficiency in basic clinical skills and nursing techniques.
• Knowledge of medication administration and health management practices.
• Familiarity with patient care technologies and home care environments.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Education and Certification Required

• Degree in Nursing.
• Active registration and license to practice in the UK.
• Current CPR certification.
