Job Description
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our clients across Oxfordshire, Northampton, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Daily Living Support: Preparing meals, offering medication reminders, and supporting daily routines.
• Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to maintain autonomy in a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Companionship: Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Documentation: Recording observations and following care plans.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK.
