Responsibilities
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
• Operating various equipment to manage materials and products.
• Picking orders and stocking items.
• Creating labels and attaching them to goods.
• Providing customer service support.
• Wrapping goods for transport or storage.
• Packing and unpacking goods.
• Sorting, crating, and stacking goods.
• Installing, lashing, and securing goods.
• Storing cargo and materials appropriately.
• Transporting and distributing materials and goods.
• Organizing and maintaining inventory.
• Managing inventories using computerized inventory control systems.

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses:

• Narrow aisle forklift training
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Experience and Specialization:

Vehicle and Equipment Experience:

• Industrial lift trucks and forklifts
