Responsibilities
As a Truck Driver, your primary duties include:

  • Driving as part of a two-person team or convoy.
  • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
  • Operating straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Overseeing the vehicle’s condition and inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections while managing all aspects of the vehicle.
  • Receiving and relaying information to central dispatch for coordination.
  • Recording cargo details, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.

Requirements

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Credentials:

  • AZ Class License
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks)
