Job Responsibilities
As a Chef, you will:

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and serving meals.
• Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards are upheld.
• Create high-quality dishes by following standardized recipes and maintaining portion control.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, inspect products for quality, and manage food use and waste.
• Innovate by developing recipes and menus to enhance the culinary experience.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a candidate who embodies culinary excellence and leadership. Successful candidates will have:

• Red Seal Certification (or equivalent).
• Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.
• At least 3 years of kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Effective supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Creativity in food preparation and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
