Your Role and Responsibilities
Excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Primary Duties
Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately count and efficiently offload pallets
• Collect and prepare products for delivery
• Ensure all products are damage-free
• Maintain picking accuracy standards
• Meet daily productivity targets

Freezer Operations:

• Work primarily in freezer environment
• Handle frozen goods with care and speed
• Maintain cold chain integrity
• Follow temperature control protocols
• Adapt to cold working conditions

Equipment Operation:

• Safely operate forklifts and Hyster equipment
• Perform pre-operation equipment checks
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Follow all safety protocols
• Report equipment issues promptly

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Keep work environment clean and organized
• Follow proper storage procedures
• Maintain safety standards
• Support inventory organization
• Contribute to efficient warehouse flow

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support dry and cooler goods picking as needed
• Assist team members when required
• Participate in inventory counts
• Follow supervisor directions
• Adapt to changing priorities

Essential Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications

• Forklift Experience: Minimum 3 years required
• Order Picking: 3+ years experience preferred
• Cold Storage: Ability to work in freezer conditions
• Physical Capability: Lift and move products efficiently
• Reliability: Proven dependable employment history

Preferred Experience

• Multiple years with one employer demonstrating stability
• Leadership experience or team direction background
• Freezer warehouse specific experience
• Food industry warehouse knowledge
