Join Gestion EMD inc. as a Housekeeping Attendant and be part of a professional cleaning team serving various locations in and around Drummondville. This is a hands-on role ideal for motivated candidates who enjoy keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. You will travel to different work sites, support daily housekeeping operations, and help maintain high cleanliness standards for our clients.

This position is open to foreign workers, and the employer has an approved Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to support a work permit, while Canadians and permanent residents are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• French (spoken and comprehension – you will be interacting with guests and team members daily)
• No degree, certificate or diploma required
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience (we provide full training for the right attitude)
• Valid driver’s licence and comfort travelling to different locations daily (work sites vary)
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and carry for extended periods

What You’ll Do

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
• Dust and wipe furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and common areas (where applicable)
• Pick up debris and empty trash and recycling containers
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as required
• Handle and report lost and found items according to company procedures
• Respond promptly and politely to guests’ or clients’ requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities and services when asked
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies
• Perform light housekeeping and other related cleaning duties as assigned
