Requirements

• Fully bilingual (English & French – written and spoken fluency required daily)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to less than 5 years of progressive office management or operations experience
• Proven experience managing budgets, projects, and teams
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize all administrative systems and processes
• Delegate effectively to support staff and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Manage operating budget, expenses, inventory, and purchasing
• Lead project coordination across departments (HR, finance, events, onboarding)
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Plan and execute company events, retreats, and team-building
• Act as the key liaison between leadership and the entire team
