Job Description
As an Adult Care Support Worker, you will:
- Assist service users with daily activities such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, medication, and social activities.
- Travel within the community to provide breakfast, lunch, tea, and tuck visits.
- Promote independent living, dignity, respect, love, compassion, and kindness.
- Provide clear guidance and support to service users while maintaining accurate written reports.
- Build strong relationships with the families of service users to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate and share ideas as part of a supportive team.

Work Schedule
- Full-time and part-time hours available.
- Rotational schedule: Week 1: 4 days on, Week 2: 3 days on, including alternate weekends.
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training. However, candidates with SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and prior care experience may be considered for senior roles.
Skills and Knowledge Required
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Compassion and empathy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of promoting dignity and independent living.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans effectively.
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
