DUTIES

• Theresponsibilities of the Clinical Social Worker pertain primarily toclinical work with youth young adults couples and families.
• Theseduties include but are not limitedto :
• Deliveryof highquality clinical work grounded in Mindfulness CognitiveBehaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT)
• Maintenanceof required documentation and paperwork pertaining to clinicalsessions and interactions including casenotes
• Adherenceto the code of ethics outlined by the Ontario College of SocialWorkers and Social ServiceWorkers.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Mustbe willing to provide inperson appointments at the office andwilling to provide therapy services to individuals families andgroups whenneeded / requested.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Mastersof Social work / Psychology from an educational institutionrecognized by the Ontario College of Social Workers and SocialServiceWorkers
• Hasfoundational Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training and / orDialectical Behaviour Therapytraining
• Registeredin good standing with the Ontario College of SocialWorkers and Social ServiceWorkers
• Experiencein clinical social work / mental healthcounselling
• Experienceand competency working with children adolescents or adultsindividually couples orfamilies.
• Abilityto workindependently
• Excellentinterpersonal communication and interprofessional teamworkskills.
