Responsibilities:

Provide resident-centered care respecting dignity and individual needs.
Assist with personal hygiene activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Support meal service, feeding, and offering supplements to residents.
Respond to resident needs and assist co-workers as needed.
Participate in continuous quality improvement and maintain resident confidentiality.
Promote safety for residents and co-workers.
