Requirements

• Fluent English
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 2 years of professional childcare experience
• Clean criminal record check
• Loving, patient, and truly enjoys being with children

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-time care for school-age and/or preschool children
• Bathe, dress, feed, and get everyone ready for the day
• Prepare and serve healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
• Drive or accompany children to school, activities, and appointments
• Plan fun games, crafts, park outings, and playdates
• Help with homework and early learning activities
• Teach good manners, personal hygiene, and positive behaviour
• Light children’s laundry and keep play areas tidy
• Step in and run the household smoothly when parents travel
• Give lots of hugs, stories, and emotional support

Work Setting
