Your Comprehensive Role

Primary Responsibilities:
Heavy Equipment Operation:

• Operate mobile and tower cranes
• Perform pre-operational inspections
• Clean and lubricate crane equipment
• Position materials and equipment
• Drive pilings for building support

Construction Tasks:

• Read blueprints for work requirements
• Assist in framing houses
• Erect walls and build roofs
• Set up scaffolding and forms
• Build ramps, catwalks, and barricades

Material Handling:

• Load/unload construction materials
• Transport materials on-site
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and debris
• Organize construction sites

Concrete & Foundation:

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete
• Work with asphalt materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms
• Create building foundations
• Ensure structural integrity

Site Operations:

• Direct traffic near construction sites
• Clean up chemical spills
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain site safety
• Follow safety protocols

Specialized Work:

• Assist in pipeline construction
• Align pipes and fittings
• Support various trade workers
• Learn multiple construction skills
• Develop versatile abilities

What We’re Looking For
Basic Requirements:

• Experience: 7 months to 1 year in construction
• Education: NO degree required!
• Language: Basic English communication
• Physical: Able to perform manual labor
