Work Setting
- Various locations throughout Estevan and surrounding areas
- The Brick retail and warehouse facilities
- Customer homes and businesses

Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, furniture, appliances, and other items
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer service at all times
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Keep accurate records of items received and delivered
- Prepare, package, and restock goods for delivery
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Sort packages and items for delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy before departure
- Safely transport furniture and appliances to customer locations
- Assist with furniture assembly and placement as requested
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Collect payments or signatures as required
- Represent The Brick brand with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with warehouse duties during non-delivery periods
Credentials (Required/Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to operate delivery trucks and vans
- First Aid and CPR certification (an asset)
- Experience with furniture or appliance delivery (an asset)
Own Tools and Equipment (Recommended)
- Steel-toed safety boots
- Work gloves
- Weather-appropriate work clothing
Security and Safety Requirements
- Criminal record check may be required
- Clean driving record required

- Adherence to company safety policies
