Work Setting

• Various locations throughout Estevan and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, furniture, appliances, and other items
• Demonstrate professionalism in customer service at all times
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Keep accurate records of items received and delivered
• Prepare, package, and restock goods for delivery
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Sort packages and items for delivery routes
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy before departure
• Safely transport furniture and appliances to customer locations
• Assist with furniture assembly and placement as requested
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and dispatch teams
• Collect payments or signatures as required
• Represent The Brick brand with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with warehouse duties during non-delivery periods

Credentials (Required/Preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent)
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to operate delivery trucks and vans
• First Aid and CPR certification (an asset)
• Experience with furniture or appliance delivery (an asset)

Own Tools and Equipment (Recommended)

• Steel-toed safety boots
• Work gloves
• Weather-appropriate work clothing

• Criminal record check may be required
