Job Overview
E.L.B.I. Inc. is hiring a Dairy Farm Foreman/Woman to support and coordinate day-to-day dairy operations in La Broquerie, Manitoba. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on leader who can organize daily tasks, monitor herd health, support feeding and breeding programs, and ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed consistently. You will work in a fast-paced dairy environment with outdoor duties and strong expectations for cleanliness, animal welfare, and timely completion of routine tasks. Experience is an asset, and training/orientation will be provided for farm-specific protocols. On-site housing options and free parking are available.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Handle animals safely and humanely and guide safe movement and routine care activities
- Monitor animal health daily, identify concerns early, and report issues promptly
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work efficiently and ensure daily priorities are completed
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed by all staff at all times
- Formulate feeding program and support feeding routines aligned with herd needs and production targets
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, including scheduling and record awareness
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment as assigned, including routine checks and reporting of malfunctions
- Support general dairy operations as needed during peak workload periods and time-sensitive routines

- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and time-sensitive herd routines
- Work under pressure during busy periods and unexpected livestock needs
- Physically demanding work with a large workload
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking with frequent outdoor and barn activity
- Strong attention to detail required for health monitoring, safety compliance, and feeding program consistency
