What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Assist all user departments in obtaining their material requirements in a timely fashion.
- Execute department processes (Eg. Cycle counts), perform data entry into the SAP system including material issues, receipts, transfers, etc.
- Become familiar with all facets of the role, including various computer applications, stock numbers, material receipts/issues/shipping, quality control, and related paperwork.
- Loading/unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking materials to fill orders.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Who you are (Qualifications): You will have the following combination of education and experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in a clear and effective manner both orally and in written form.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid “G” Driver’s License, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
- Capable of heavy lifting and heavy work, and must be familiar with proper lifting techniques.
- Able to write legibly and maintain organized and accurate records and reports.
- Must have or be able to obtain and retain a forklift operator’s license.
- Must be capable of completing required computer training. (Eg. SAP, Excel, Word, WOS)
- Able to work with minimal supervision, with good judgment and possess prioritization skills.
