Full Job Description
As a Line Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines in our York factory. You will work collaboratively with teams to produce high-quality products while adhering to the highest safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production lines safely and efficiently.
• Minimize downtime by ensuring repairs and breakdowns are managed promptly.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Take ownership of the production line, including during the absence of a Line Leader.
• Actively support factory activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating and involving colleagues.

Contract and Schedule Details:

• Shifts cover days and nights, including weekends.
