Full Job Description
As a Line Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines in our York factory. You will work collaboratively with teams to produce high-quality products while adhering to the highest safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production lines safely and efficiently.
Minimize downtime by ensuring repairs and breakdowns are managed promptly.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Take ownership of the production line, including during the absence of a Line Leader.
Actively support factory activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Promote a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment by motivating and involving colleagues.
