What You’ll Do
As a Metal Fabrication Labourer, you’ll play an essential role in our manufacturing operations by:

• Operating powered equipment to transport items safely throughout the plant facility
• Manually moving raw materials, finished products, and equipment to designated work areas
• Loading and unloading vehicles with materials and finished goods
• Ensuring materials flow efficiently through production processes
• Maintaining organized work areas and adhering to safety protocols
• Supporting production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets
• Handling various metal products and components with care and precision

What We’re Looking For
Language Requirements:

• French (required for workplace communication)

Education:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• On-the-job training provided

Experience:

• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic welcome

Equipment & Machinery Experience:

• Hand truck operation
• Lifting devices and material handling equipment
• Willingness to learn powered equipment operation

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s licence

• Manual dexterity for handling materials and operating equipment
