• 1 year to less than 2 years of professional childcare experience required

• Nanny, babysitter, or child caregiver experience essential
• Infant and toddler care experience beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to care for children responsibly and lovingly
• Strong references from previous childcare positions essential

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Childcare:

• Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children throughout the day
• Provide attentive, loving care ensuring safety, well-being, and happiness
• Adapt care approach to suit different ages and developmental stages
• Monitor children’s activities and ensure safety in all situations
• Tend to emotional well-being of children with empathy and understanding
• Respond promptly to children’s needs with patience
• Create warm, nurturing atmosphere promoting healthy development
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with each child

Household Responsibility:
• Assume full responsibility for household operations in absence of parents
• Manage daily household routines and children’s schedules
• Make decisions regarding children’s immediate needs and activities
• Ensure home environment is safe, organized, and functioning
• Handle emergencies calmly and professionally
• Communicate with parents about household matters

Child Development and Education:
• Instruct children in personal hygiene practices and self-care skills
• Support children’s social development through positive interactions
• Organize age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outings
• Plan activities suitable for multi-aged group engagement
• Encourage learning through play and creative exploration
• Read to children and promote literacy development
• Foster curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Support children’s emotional intelligence and social skills
• Adapt activities to challenge and engage different age groups

Discipline and Guidance:
• Discipline children according to methods requested by parents
• Implement consistent, positive behavior management strategies
• Set age-appropriate boundaries with kindness and firmness
• Teach children respect, responsibility, and good manners
• Address behavioral issues calmly and constructively
• Communicate with parents about behavioral concerns
• Model positive behavior and emotional regulation

Nutrition and Meal Services:
• Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for children
• Plan and cook healthy meals that children enjoy
• Accommodate dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies
• Prepare age-appropriate foods for different children
• Teach children healthy eating habits
• Maintain clean kitchen and dining areas

Travel and Flexibility:
• Travel with family on trips and vacations when required
• Assist with child supervision during family travel
• Support housekeeping duties while traveling
• Maintain consistent care routines in various settings
• Ensure children’s safety and comfort during travel
• Travel expenses paid by employer

Household Support:
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to childcare
• Maintain organized, tidy children’s rooms and play areas
• Keep common areas used by children clean and safe
• Do children’s laundry and organize clothing
• Ensure home environment is welcoming

Safety and Environment:
• Maintain safe and healthy environment in the home at all times
• Identify and address potential hazards proactively
• Ensure age-appropriate safety measures for all children
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols
• Keep first aid supplies accessible
• Maintain hygienic environment
