What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain specialized farm machinery used in mushroom production (filling machines, casing machines, harvesting equipment, tractors, etc.)
  • Load, unload, and move compost, casing soil, and mushroom products throughout the farm
  • Perform daily checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of equipment to keep everything running safely and efficiently
  • Assist with compost filling, spawning, casing, and harvesting activities as needed
  • Follow strict food-safety and organic farming protocols
  • Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, noisy production environment
  • Help keep work areas clean and organized

What You Bring

  • Some experience operating farm or industrial machinery (even 1 month counts – we provide full training)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physically able to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 kg regularly
  • Comfortable working in warm, humid, dusty, and noisy mushroom growing rooms
  • Reliable transportation (farm is in a rural/remote location)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a close-knit team
