We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school graduation certificate (or equivalent) and a Health Care Aide certificate.
• Possesses at least 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Is CPR and First Aid certified.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Is physically fit and able to handle a demanding workload.
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities
• Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
• Perform duties related to patient care, comfort, and personal hygiene
• Supply and empty bedpans
• Take patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Serve meal trays and assist with feeding patients
• Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients
• Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
• Make beds and maintain patient rooms in an orderly manner
• Supervise and support patients in their exercise routines
• Bathe, dress, and groom patients
• Transport patients between care facilities, either by wheelchair or stretcher
• Respond to patient call signals to assess and meet their needs
• Administer first aid in emergency situations
