Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Apply aseptic techniques, including sterile dressing.
• Conduct specimen collection and ensure infection control measures are followed.
• Monitor nutritional intake and observe medication’s therapeutic and side effects.
• Record observations and maintain accurate patient files.
• Take vital signs and provide nursing services within a defined scope of practice.
• Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate nursing interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
