About the Role:
éducatrice is seeking compassionate and dependable Child Care Worker Assistants to join our team across various provinces in Canada. This full-time role involves working on-site in child care centers, nursery schools, and daycare centers, providing essential support in the care and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities like storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts to engage children.
  • Support early childhood educators in record-keeping and observing children for potential learning or behavioral issues.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange spaces for meals and rest periods.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

Supervision: You will supervise 5-10 children, ensuring their well-being and development.

Work Environment:
Physical Location: Work must be completed on-site with no remote work option.
Work Conditions: The environment may be noisy and physically demanding, involving repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, and a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
Setting: You will work in child care centers, nursery schools, kindergartens, and agencies for exceptional children.
