Job Overview
The Morrow Family is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Care Worker to provide daily support for an elderly female client and a person with a disability in a private home setting in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, privacy, and consistent routines while delivering safe personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with regular exercise such as walking. Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge, but it is not a condition of employment. Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Or equivalent experience

Experience

• Experience is an asset (home care, caregiving, PSW support, companion care, or disability support)
• Training/orientation will be provided for household routines and client preferences

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Administer bedside and personal care while maintaining dignity, comfort, and privacy
• Provide personal care support as needed throughout the day, following established routines
• Assist in regular exercise such as walking and light movement routines, based on ability and comfort
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to preferences and any dietary guidance provided
• Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging a calm and positive daily routine
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in routine, appetite, mobility, mood, or overall well-being to the family promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries when working in a private home

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Weight handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks reliably while following instructions

• First Aid/CPR certification (asset)
