Job Overview
Josephine Coronado is seeking a compassionate and dependable Family Caregiver to provide day-to-day support in a private home setting in Burnaby, British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, respectful, and committed to maintaining comfort, dignity, and a positive routine for the client. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and complete light housekeeping duties to keep the home safe and tidy. No formal caregiving experience is required as training will be provided, but reliability, good communication, and a caring attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and respectful conversation to promote well-being and reduce isolation
• Provide personal care support as needed, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and comfort
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to preferences and any dietary guidance provided
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Support daily routines by staying organized and completing tasks consistently
• Observe and report changes in routine, comfort, appetite, or general well-being to the employer promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while working in a private home setting
