Job Overview
Devon Domino’s Ltd. O/A Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance customer service, team supervision, and cost control while keeping operations efficient and compliant. You will help manage labour and inventory, support scheduling and training, oversee cash handling and reporting, participate in local marketing execution, and ensure food safety and workplace health and safety standards are followed. If you are organized, dependable, and confident leading a team through busy shifts, this is a strong opportunity for stable full-time employment with LMIA sponsorship available for eligible international candidates.

Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in fast food/QSR supervision, shift leadership, or restaurant operations
Work Setting
- Fast food / quick service restaurant
- Shift-based operations including nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust staffing, workflow, and priorities to meet service targets
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits and support cost control decisions
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget and company guidance
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and help manage staffing levels to meet targets
- Set staff work schedules and ensure coverage for peak hours and operational needs
- Supervise staff during shifts and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards
- Train staff on operational procedures, food preparation standards, customer service, and safety requirements
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance as required
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and on time
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering support, receiving, stock rotation, and waste control
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including local promotions and store initiatives
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly to protect guest experience
- Support store cleanliness and readiness by ensuring opening/closing routines and daily checklists are completed
