What You Will Do
As a Home Care Worker, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity.
• Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Offer Companionship: Build positive relationships and help reduce loneliness.
• Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Ensure clients’ safety, comfort, and needs are consistently met.
• Maintain Compliance: Follow all health and safety standards, safeguarding policies, and care protocols.
• Contribute to Team Improvement: Share ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance services.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but a passion for helping others is essential.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent care.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients and their families.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Car Insurance: Work-related insurance or willingness to obtain it.
• Weekend Availability: Ability to work weekends when needed.
• Background Checks: Willingness to undergo required DBS checks.
