Key Responsibilities

Travel Planning and Consultation:

• Recommend suitable products and packages based on client needs and preferences
• Create customized itineraries for individual and group travelers
• Advise clients on best travel options considering budget and interests
• Explain travel insurance options and benefits

Booking and Reservations:
• Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
• Process air, rail, bus, and car rental bookings
• Reserve hotels, resorts, and other accommodations
• Book activities, tours, and experiences
• Coordinate group travel arrangements
• Handle complex multi-destination itineraries
• Ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed

Sales and Marketing:
• Sell travel products and travel insurance to clients
• Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Apply marketing strategy and tactics to promote travel packages
• Demonstrate products and services effectively
• Employ sales techniques to maximize revenue
• Utilize sales control systems and tracking
• Meet sales targets and performance goals
• Upsell upgrades and additional services

Financial Management:
• Calculate cost of travel and accommodations accurately
• Prepare detailed quotes and invoices
• Process payments and financial transactions
• Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservation cancellations
• Manage refunds and credit processing
• Reconcile bookings and financial records
• Track commissions and sales performance

Customer Service:
• Manage difficult situations with customers professionally and diplomatically
• Resolve client complaints and concerns effectively
• Attend to cancellations and schedule changes promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service maintaining client satisfaction
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel
• Build long-term client relationships
• Handle emergency situations and last-minute changes

• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
