Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of transport and courier services.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to secure new contracts and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead Generation: Strategically generate and convert leads into profitable business ventures.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, focusing on safety and vehicle maintenance.
• Hands-On Support: If needed, assist in transport activities, particularly during peak times or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in operations management, ideally in the transport or courier sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Licensing: A valid HGV licence is preferred but not mandatory. A solid understanding of logistics and HGV operations is essential.
• Proactive Mindset: Ability to think strategically, take initiative, and drive business growth.
