Responsibilities :

Perform detail-oriented cleaning tasks
Utilize our mobile app, following the checklists and uploading photos of your work.
Adding personal touches that go above and beyond.
Work independently with efficiency and a smile.
Be communicative with the support team for reporting issues & receiving updates.
Provide feedback & suggestions regarding the customer in order to improve the service.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
EXTRA POINTS : experience at luxury hotels or in hospitality
Reliability it’s important that we can count on you and you don’t cancel an appointment in
the last minute. We have strict reliability policies.
Extreme attention to detail, ability to spot things that aren’t mentioned on checklists and either solve them if within your capability or report to the team immediately.
Possess a friendly, approachable vibe with a positive attitude. Home is a private place, you’re someone that the customer would feel at ease to let you in.
Knowledge of cleaning products.
Ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
Honesty We’re all human and mistakes do happen. Broke a glass? It’s okay, but we need to know.
No criminal background.
