Job Title: Journeyman Carpenter
Location: Guelph, Ontario
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $40-45/Hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Assist with the day to day site operations for the project, providing skilled carpentry
• Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
• Coordinate with the Site Superintendent and work with all sub-trades for the project
• Execute all tasks related to skilled carpentry for the project
• All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following :

• 10+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors
• Experience working on health care / hospital, university / post secondary, or government facility renovation and
• addition projects between $5M and $20M in scope
• Journeyman Carpentry designation and experience
• Strong organizational, leadership and technical carpentry skills

Our client is an established ICI general contractor dedicated to renovation, addition and fit out projects across the GTA and South Western ON.

They have an excellent track record of delivering high profile building projects to a variety of public and private sector institutional and commercial clients.
