Job Title: Dishwasher
Location: 6536 170th Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is an important role in our food service operation, as it supports the smooth functioning of our kitchen.

Duties:

  • – Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • – Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
  • – Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff
  • – Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
  • – Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • – Empty trash containers regularly
  • – Follow all health and safety regulations in handling food and cleaning equipment
  • – Assist with receiving and storing supplies as needed

Skills:

  • – Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • – Strong organizational skills to keep track of dishware inventory
  • – Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
