Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, respecting their individual preferences and needs.
• Encourage independence and support clients in participating in social activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team and clients’ families.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Willing to relocate to Kent if living outside the area.
• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential (full training provided).
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
