Accordia Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Worker to join our dedicated team. This role offers Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship for eligible candidates who currently reside within the local area of our Accordia Supported Living Service in Reigate Road, Epsom.

Key Responsibilities

• Person-Centred Care: Provide tailored support to individuals, enabling them to achieve independence and well-being.
• Incident Management: Lead by example during high-stress situations and respond effectively to incidents.
• Staff Support: Motivate and develop support workers, conducting supervisions, appraisals, team meetings, and inductions.
• Compliance: Ensure operations comply with CQC standards, sector regulations, and legislation.
• Risk and Care Planning: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop risk management and care plans.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience managing in the care sector and supporting individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and challenging behaviours.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, supervise, and inspire a team.
Resilience: Capability to handle high-stress situations and challenging behaviours.
Qualifications:Full UK driving licence.
Prepared to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (if not already obtained).
Values: Enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy and knowledge of CQC regulations.
