Wage: $42.39–$62.55 an hour

Position Information
The incumbent of this position will be required to work in various areas throughout the Heart Institute and spend a significant amount of time dedicated to regional activities.
Temporary position until approximately May 24, 2025
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- Masters of Nursing, Education or Health Administration;
- Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO);
- Bachelor of Nursing;
- Five (5) years current clinical critical care/cardiovascular nursing experience;
- Two (2) years teaching experience or equivalent;
- Membership in the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO);
- Demonstrated skilled clinical practice;
- Demonstrated teaching skills, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation based on principles of adult learning;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and group facilitator skills;
- Current experience in implementing quality initiatives;
- Current experience in measuring/monitoring performance indicators;
- Demonstrated knowledge in regional educational initiatives.
- Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French- and English-speaking clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Membership with CCCN / CACCN;
- Superior knowledge of EPIC and EMR related activities.
