The Role
As a Night Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver the highest standards of clinical care during the night, adhering to company policies, procedures, and the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Provide person-centered care, respecting residents’ privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, including blood sugar levels, and administer medications as needed.
• Give detailed handovers to day-shift teams and support colleagues.
• Offer compassionate end-of-life care when required.
• Lead and support care teams with delegation and guidance, fostering a caring and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential

• A compassionate and caring nature.
• Active NMC Registration (PIN Number).
• Previous supervisory experience and recent clinical practice.
• Knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct and clinical standards.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
