Your Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and achievements.
• Support the nursery’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), or
• Degree assessed by ECCTIS, or
• Level 3 qualification in early childhood education.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to the well-being and development of children.
• Previous experience working with children under the age of 5 is highly desirable.
