Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain a high standard of evidence-based, patient-centred care.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and develop practical expertise specific to Haematology.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to care delivery, ensuring patients and their families are actively involved.
- As an experienced Band 5 nurse, provide clinical and managerial leadership in the absence of senior team members, empowering staff to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications and Skills
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.

Education and Certification Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
