Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain a high standard of evidence-based, patient-centred care.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and develop practical expertise specific to Haematology.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to care delivery, ensuring patients and their families are actively involved.
• As an experienced Band 5 nurse, provide clinical and managerial leadership in the absence of senior team members, empowering staff to deliver exceptional care.
