Job Title: Real Estate Photo/Video Editor Jobs in Haliburton, ON

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video/Photo Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience editing and can produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand standards and client expectations. You’ll be responsible for editing photo and video content captured by our photographers, ensuring fast turnaround times and top-notch quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch real estate photos (HDR blending, color correction, object removal, sky replacements, etc.)
• Edit property walk-through videos, drone footage, and agent introduction videos with smooth transitions, audio sync, and color grading
• Create short-form social media clips, reels, and teasers for listings
• Organize and manage media files, ensuring all assets are properly archived and accessible
• Maintain consistent visual style and adhere to company branding and client guidelines
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver content with quick turnaround
• Communicate with photographers and project managers to understand the scope and specific client needs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of photo and video editing experience, ideally in real estate or architectural media is ideal but not required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiarity with real estate photography and videography techniques and industry standards
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with 3D tours (IGuide), virtual staging, or drone footage editing
• Bonus: Administrative Experience

A hybrid work schedule may be possible but the ability to come into the office in Haliburton is a must. There is a possibility of developing into a year round position as the company grows
