We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at The Gardens at Qualicum Beach.

Shifts Available:

• Part-time: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (4 on, 2 off OR 5 on, 2 off)
• Wages: As per the BCNU provincial agreement

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Perform assessments and care planning
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Utilize electronic documentation systems (PointClickCare)
• Liaise with physicians, families, and the care team
• Supervise and delegate tasks to unregulated care providers
• Fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities
• Participate in Care Conferences and Medication Reviews

What You Bring

• Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Experience with electronic documentation (eMAR preferred)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Previous Long-Term Care experience (preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate
