Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement targeted social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
• Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and promotional materials, tailored for specific platforms.
• Campaign Management: Develop annual marketing plans aligned with industry trends and company objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer relations and sales teams to maintain brand reputation and enhance customer experience.
• Platform Optimisation: Enhance the visibility and impact of our company’s presence on social media platforms, focusing on RED and WeChat.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly with RED and WeChat. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn is advantageous.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and fluent English.
• A keen ability to identify and leverage emerging trends to create timely and relevant content.
• Proficiency with social analytics tools and a deep understanding of platform-specific guidelines, especially RED.
• Knowledge of the UK lifestyle, particularly for international students and young professionals.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
