Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload customer orders while ensuring safety standards.
- Accurately pick large orders to meet customer requirements.
- Restock and relocate inventory within the yard.
- Operate and maintain packing equipment.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Manage and organize materials for production processes.

Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 14:00 or 12:00 to 20:00
Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Truck Certificate.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience operating a Counterbalance FLT Truck.
Personal Suitabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physically fit to manage the demands of the role.
Work Environment
Forklift Drivers work in fast-paced environments that may include indoor warehouses or outdoor yard spaces. Expect exposure to varying temperatures, moving machinery, and a need to adhere strictly to safety protocols.
Skills and Knowledge Needed
- Proficiency in operating FLT trucks and warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Basic inventory management and record-keeping skills.
Education and Certification
- FLT Counterbalance Truck Certificate is mandatory.
- No formal education is required, but prior training and certification are advantageous.
