Job Responsibilities

• Perform resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Utilize electronic documentation systems (PointClickCare) and complete MDS assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Delegate tasks to unregulated care providers.
• Participate in care conferences and medication reviews.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the BCCNM.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
• Proficient in electronic documentation and eMAR.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Proof of vaccination.
