What You’ll Do
As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll:

• Assist service users with mobility challenges and physical disabilities, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
• Administer medications in line with care plans.
• Perform domestic tasks such as changing bedding, cleaning, and laundry.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks to support nutrition.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, washing, and toileting.
• Support end-of-life care when needed, with dignity and compassion.
• You’ll help service users maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Working Locations
Our opportunities are available in the following areas:

• N2 – East Finchley
• N3 – Finchley Central
• N12 – Highgate
• NW2 – Cricklewood
• NW9 – Kingsbury
• NW11 – Golders Green

Shift Patterns:

• Morning Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm
• Evening Shifts: 3 pm – 10 pm
• Alternate weekends

Requirements

• A right to work in the UK
• Compassion, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided
