Full Job Description:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care tailored to patients’ individual needs, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Assist clinical staff with treatments, procedures, and patient monitoring.
- Apply topical treatments under the supervision of trained staff.
- Establish a positive rapport with patients and their families to ensure clear communication of care needs.
- Maintain patient dignity and comfort, responding sensitively to emotional and physical concerns.
- Organize tasks effectively, manage changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the unit.

Education and Certification

- Completion of the Care Certificate (or willingness to complete upon employment).
- Training in basic life support, moving and handling, and infection control is advantageous.
