Skills and Experience

• Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in care or home care.
• Strong IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Ability to follow tailored care plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
• Required: Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
