Duties
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Prepare meals and cater to individual dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized living environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and document any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental well-being.
Skills and Experience
- Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in care or home care.
- Strong IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Ability to follow tailored care plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
- Required: Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
