Responsibilities
- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
- Assist in storytelling and engaging children in activities such as songs and crafts.
- Support early childhood educators in delivering programs that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain accurate records under the supervision of early childhood educators.
- Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Prepare snacks and organize furniture for meals and rest periods.
- Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and maintain a safe, healthy environment for children.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years.
